Fatty Liver Remedy Review

Here’s how to get rid of fatty liver easily, naturally, and forever in just a few days.

But before that, it’s good to know the definition of fatty liver, its causes, and symptoms so that you are not wrong in choosing the fatty liver treatment method that is most suitable for you.

Fatty liver disease means you have extra fat in your liver. In medicine, it is often called hepatic steatosis. It happens when fat builds up in the liver. Having small amounts of fat in your liver is normal, but too much can become a health problem.

Your liver is the second largest organ in your body. It helps process nutrients from food and drinks and filters harmful substances from your blood.

Too much fat in your liver can cause liver inflammation, damaging your liver and creating scarring. In severe cases, this scarring can lead to liver failure.

Types of Fatty Liver

There are 2 types of Fatty Liver:

  1. Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD). Fatty liver in a person who drinks a lot of alcohol
  2. Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Fatty liver is not caused by consuming alcohol.
Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD)

Alcoholic fatty liver disease is preventable. It usually gets better when you stop drinking alcohol. However, if you keep drinking, AFLD can cause serious problems. These include:

  • Enlarged liver. It doesn’t always cause symptoms, but you may have pain or discomfort on the upper right side of your belly.
  • Alcoholic hepatitis. This is swelling in the liver that can cause fever, nausea, vomiting, belly pain, and jaundice (yellowish skin and eyes).
  • Alcoholic cirrhosis. This is a buildup of scar tissue in your liver. It can cause the same symptoms as alcoholic hepatitis plus Large amounts of fluid buildup in your belly; High blood pressure in the liver; Bleeding in your body; Confusion and changes in behavior; Liver failure, which can be fatal.
Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD)

According to researchers in the World Journal of Gastroenterology, NAFLD affects up to 25 to 30 percent of people in the United States and Europe.

There are two different types of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease:

  1. Simple fatty liver. This means you have fat in your liver, but you may not have any inflammation in your liver or damage to your liver cells. So it usually doesn’t get worse or cause problems with your liver. Most people with NAFLD have simple fatty liver.
  2. Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). This is much more serious than a simple fatty liver. NASH means you have inflammation in your liver. The inflammation and liver cell damage that happen with NASH can cause serious problems such as fibrosis and cirrhosis, which are liver scarring, and liver cancer. About 20% of people with NAFLD have NASH.

In many cases, fatty liver causes no noticeable symptoms. But you may feel tired or experience discomfort or pain in the upper right side of your abdomen.

Some people with fatty liver disease develop complications, including liver scarring. Liver scarring is known as liver fibrosis. If you develop severe liver fibrosis, it’s known as cirrhosis (liver cancer)

Cirrhosis may cause symptoms such as:

  • loss of appetite
  • weight loss
  • weakness
  • fatigue
  • nosebleeds
  • itchy skin
  • yellow skin and eyes
  • abdominal pain
  • abdominal swelling
  • swelling of your legs
  • breast enlargement in men

Experts don’t know exactly why some people accumulate fat in the liver while others don’t, and there’s limited understanding of why some fatty livers develop inflammation that progresses to cirrhosis.

Both NAFLD and NASH are related to the following:

  • Overweight or obesity
  • Insulin resistance, in which your cells don’t take up sugar in response to the hormone insulin
  • High blood sugar (hyperglycemia), indicating pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes.
  • Increased levels of fat in the blood, especially triglycerides.
